We are seeking a Field Service Technician to install, support, and maintain cinema hardware and IT systems, including projectors, servers, POS, and AV systems, across various theatre locations. This role involves frequent travel within Assam and neighboring states. Key responsibilities include installing and maintaining projection, sound, and IT systems, providing on-site desktop support, resolving hardware and software issues, performing preventive maintenance, documenting service activities, and liaising with vendors and internal teams.
Good To Have:- Prior field tech experience.
- Experience with AV or desktop support.
- Familiarity with Windows OS.
- Diploma/Degree in IT/Electronics.
Must Have:- Install and maintain cinema hardware and IT systems.
- Travel frequently across locations.
- Provide desktop support and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with networking and IT hardware troubleshooting.
