AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, upgrade, and maintain gaming equipment, ensuring smooth operation and top-notch customer service. The role involves troubleshooting, completing reports, managing inventory, and participating in an on-call rotation. Candidates should be tech-savvy with basic electronics and networking knowledge, possess a valid driver's license, and be flexible with their schedule. This hands-on role offers growth potential and travel to various casino locations.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience).
Must Have:
  • Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
  • Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
  • Complete paperwork and reports timely, detailed, and accurate.
  • Provide "best-in-the-business" service to internal and external customers.
  • Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently and escalate issues when needed.
  • Keep track of necessary parts and inventory.
  • Be part of a weekly on-call rotation.
  • Follow all safety protocols.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance.
  • Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
  • Basic computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to get licensed through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 200 pounds.

Troubleshooting Superstar: Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently and escalate issues when needed.

📦 Inventory Hero: Keep track of the necessary parts and inventory to stay on top of your game.

On-Call Rotation: Be part of a weekly on-call rotation with your fellow technicians—because sometimes, the game needs you 24/7.

What You Bring to the Table:

🏫 Education: High School diploma or GED

🚗 License to Drive: A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance

💻 Tech Skills: You’re a problem solver, with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking (no need to be an expert, we’ll help you level up!).

🖧 Experience: Knowledge in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience? Bonus points!).

🛠 Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
