Job Description

The Notification Specialist coordinates shipping, installation, and regulatory notifications for AGS Slots and Tables products orders. This role involves monitoring business operations, interpreting regulatory shipping rules, reviewing Microsoft Business Central cues, ensuring correct shipping addresses, populating compliance dates, preparing and distributing shipping notifications to various stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The specialist will also address customer inquiries and foster positive relationships with internal teams.
Good To Have:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience preferred
Must Have:
  • Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
  • Thorough understanding of how to interpret regulatory shipping rules for the various products shipped to customers.
  • Review Microsoft Business Central cues to ensure notifications are sent to comply with regulatory requirements and desired delivery dates.
  • Ensure each order has the correct shipping addresses for cabinets, software and hardware.
  • Populate the Compliance Notification Date and Software Ship Date on each order requiring notification to be in accordance with the regulatory shipping rules.
  • Prepare and distribute shipping notifications to regulators, customers and AGS Sales, which may include special and complex customer/regulator supplied forms.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and proactively obtain customer feedback.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Maintains positive and healthy relationships with various teams to ensure customer service effectiveness.
  • High School or GED required
  • General knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs

  • Strong customer service skills: friendly, approachable, and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs
