Join IGT/Everi as a Field Service Technician in the Eastern WA region, supporting Montana and Idaho. You will be a hands-on, tech-savvy problem solver, servicing ATMs, kiosks, and slot machines at various casino properties. Your responsibilities will include installation, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation and a thrilling casino experience.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with hardware, networks, or troubleshooting technical equipment
  • A passion for learning new systems and tech on the go
Must Have:
  • Deliver top-tier customer service while supporting Everi’s products on-site at casinos
  • Install, upgrade, and repair gaming and financial equipment
  • Run diagnostics and resolve issues in the field
  • Keep devices operating smoothly with proactive check-ins and maintenance
  • Work both independently and as part of a supportive field team
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
  • Availability for on-call shifts, including possible OT, weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • A self-starter mindset—comfortable working solo after training, but collaborative when needed
  • Basic Excel skills for paperwork and reports
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs
