What Will You Be Doing?
- Deliver top-tier customer service while supporting Everi’s products on-site at casinos
- Install, upgrade, and repair gaming and financial equipment
- Run diagnostics and resolve issues in the field
- Keep devices operating smoothly with proactive check-ins and maintenance
- Work both independently and as part of a supportive field team
Skills & Qualifications for the Job:
✅ What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License (Everi helps with the application)
- Availability for on-call shifts, including possible OT, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- A self-starter mindset—comfortable working solo after training, but collaborative when needed
- Basic Excel skills for paperwork and reports
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs

That’s why the compensation rate for this role is $32/per hour, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements.
