Within the Enterprise Performance Management division, Managers are responsible for designing and implementing advanced planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. They lead multidisciplinary teams, define KPIs and performance frameworks, and guide clients in the evolution of their performance management models, with a direct impact on operational efficiency and strategic execution.
