Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Accounting & Reporting team as the Manager of our Operational Finance team, which consists of four team members today.

This role is critical in driving financial performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial insights, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

In this position, you will manage a team with a joint responsibility to oversee and manage several key operational accounting processes across the Group. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and quality of accounting data across key operational areas such as accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, and other related functions. You will also lead the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Lastly, you will work closely with our Head of Accounting & Reporting on certain items such as Group consolidation, Transfer Pricing and Intercompany accounting.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong collaboration across departments and Group entities, a deep understanding of operational finance, and a passion for process improvement and data accuracy.

The primary responsibilities are:

• Ensure high-quality accounting data across operational functions including, but not limited to, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, and other related functions
• Own and manage the month-end closing process, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, working closely with operational teams to improve processes and controls.
• Develop and maintain documentation for key finance processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and successful Group audits.
• Oversee consolidation processes to ensure accurate and timely group-level financial reporting.
• Manage intercompany accounting, including reconciliation of balances and resolution of discrepancies across entities.
• Working closely with the Head of Accounting & Reporting on Transfer Pricing policies and accounting guidelines.
• Ensure timely and compliant Tax & VAT reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation in operational finance processes.
