Job Description
The Financial Specialist is responsible for processing payment transactions, recording accounts payable entries, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. This role involves reviewing tax invoices, preparing statutory tax filings, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments. The Finance Officer also ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and supports finance-related activities. Responsibilities include preparing payment transactions, recording accounting entries for account payables, reviewing tax invoices, and preparing various tax filings.
Must have:
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel skills.
- Experience in accounting and finance (1-2+ years).
- Knowledge of various taxes.
- Understanding of accounting software (SAP a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Good command in English (advantage).

Job Responsibilities :
The Financial Specialist is responsible for processing payment transactions, recording accounts payable entries, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. This role includes reviewing tax invoices, preparing statutory tax filings such as WHT (PND 3, 53, 54, PP36) and VAT (PP30), and coordinating with vendors and internal departments. The Finance Officer also ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and supports finance-related activities and special assignments as needed.Description :
- Prepare payment transaction.
- Record accounting entries for account payables & related.
- Review tax invoice and related document in the part of Finance review.
- Co-ordinate with vender and other department.
- Prepare WHT (PND3,53,54, PP36) and VAT (PP30) for submitted in The Revenue Department System.
- Ad hoc assignments.
Pre-Requisites :
Requirement :
- Excellent microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Have relevant experience in accounting and finance at least 1-2 years or more.
- Have knowledge of various taxes such as: PP.30, 36, PND.3, 53,54.
- Have knowledge and understanding of accounting-related software. SAP understanding is a plus.
- Ability to understand concepts and ideas quickly.
- Always update the rules of accounting and finance.
- Have good interpersonal skills and can communicate well with people in the department, outside the department, and outsiders
- Ability to be meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting related field.
- Good command in English will be advantage.
