The Junior Operations Executive will join the Razer EU Operations team to support the operational execution of marketing and sales order fulfillment and ensure compliance with WEEE and copyright regulations across the European Union. This role involves coordinating sales order fulfillment and shipments, supporting daily operations related to inbound receiving, allocation, delivery tracking, and order status updates, liaising with stakeholders and logistics providers for timely deliveries, managing administrative tasks related to WEEE compliance and copyright levies, assisting in maintaining documentation for audits and reporting, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Must have:
  • Coordinate sales order fulfillment and shipments across the EU region.
  • Support daily operations related to order tracking and updates.
  • Manage WEEE compliance and copyright levies tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 1-2 years of operations or logistics experience.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with EU regulatory environments, especially WEEE and copyright levies.
  • Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Experience in Power BI and process automation tools.

Job Responsibilities :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Razer EU Operations team. In this role, you will be supporting the operational execution of marketing and sales order fulfillment as well as ensuring ongoing compliance with WEEE and copyright regulations across the European Union

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales order fulfillment and shipments for marketing and sales-driven activities across the EU region
  • Support daily operations related to inbound receiving, allocation, delivery tracking, and order status updates
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Manage administrative tasks related to WEEE compliance and copyright levies, including data tracking, reporting, and vendor coordination
  • Assist in maintaining documentation required for compliance audits and regulatory reporting
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives across operations

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or compliance (internships included)
  • Familiarity with EU regulatory environments, especially WEEE and copyright levies, is a plus
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with experience in Power BI and process automation tools considered a plus
  • Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
