This is a unique opportunity to leverage your experience, creativity, and innovative mindset to meet the growing demand for high-value people analytics, empower self-service, and elevate our strategic partnerships. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how Adyen understands its most valuable asset: its people.

  • Comfort with Ambiguity & Fast-Paced Environments: You thrive in dynamic settings, can navigate uncertainty, and consistently deliver value.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: You're adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and driving them to completion.
  • Exceptional Communication & Visualization: You can clearly articulate complex insights, build compelling dashboards, and present data in an engaging and understandable way to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Techniques & Tools: Experience with a broad range of analytical techniques is essential. While experience with WorkDay and SQL coding is preferred, it's not a strict requirement – we value your ability to learn and adapt.
  • Challenger of the Status Quo: You're comfortable questioning existing practices, collaborating effectively with stakeholders from various disciplines, cultures, and seniority levels to drive positive change.
  • Hands-on & Proactive: You have a strong desire to be "hands-on" and execute technical requirements, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
