The Financial Planning Analyst will actively contribute to the studio's strategic decision-making by providing reliable financial analyses, pertinent reports, and informed recommendations. This role requires close collaboration with studio management, production teams, the Zone, and HQ to optimize financial performance and ensure adherence to project and studio budgets. Key responsibilities include strategic partnership, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of budgetary processes.
Must Have
- Be the privileged financial contact for MD, Zone, and HQ on budget, forecast, and consolidation topics.
- Support Management and producers in the financial evaluation of projects and strategic arbitration.
- Present financial results, analyses, and perspectives during steering committees.
- Monitor and challenge the performance of projects and the studio: analyze variances, identify risks, recommend corrective actions.
- Develop annual studio and project budgets, as well as monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Build, consolidate, and analyze project P&Ls, ensuring the reliability and consistency of financial data.
- Contribute to the monitoring of subsidies and tax credits.
- Produce and maintain dashboards and KPIs for clear, fast, and decision-oriented management.
- Guarantee the quality and usability of financial data (staffing, costs, actual vs. forecasts).
- Perform ad hoc analyses and support initiatives related to financial planning.
- Graduate of a business or engineering school with significant experience in financial analysis, project controlling, accounting, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Comfortable with multidimensional data cubes (reporting tools, ERP, databases).
- Fluent in English is essential.

Responsibilities:
Strategic partnership & performance management

- Monitor and challenge the performance of projects and the studio: analyze variances, identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and secure the achievement of objectives.
Budget construction & continuous improvement
- Develop annual studio and project budgets, as well as monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Build, consolidate, and analyze project P&Ls, ensuring the reliability and consistency of financial data.
- Contribute to the monitoring of subsidies and tax credits, and participate in the preparation of associated declarations.
- Produce, maintain, and ensure the reliability of dashboards and KPIs for clear, fast, and decision-oriented management.
- Guarantee the quality and usability of financial data (staffing, costs, actual vs. forecasts).

Qualifications
- Graduate of a business or engineering school, with significant experience in financial analysis, project controlling, accounting, and reporting.
- Recognized for your relational qualities, rigor, organizational skills, and ability to synthesize.
- Autonomous in managing your projects, you communicate clearly and know how to convince your interlocutors.
- Curious, adaptable, and proactive.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; comfortable with multidimensional data cubes (reporting tools, ERP, databases, etc.).
- Team spirit, ability to unite, and strong interest in the video game industry appreciated.
