Join a hotel in the Accor network as a Front Office Receptionist in Kuwait City, Kuwait. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring exceptional customer service. Must Have

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally
  • Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information
  • Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their stay.

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Manage incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Stay updated on hotel policies, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to guests

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services in Kuwait City
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is a plus
