Job Summary
LangChain is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join their growing GTM Systems team. This high-impact role involves managing the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce instance. The administrator will ensure data integrity, enforce security controls, design scalable solutions, and manage the Go-To-Market tech stack. They will also create declarative automations, translate business requirements, and provide administrative support, contributing to the company's growth by building out the go-to-market motion.
Must Have
- Manage daily configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce instance.
- Oversee data integrity, enforce security controls (Roles/Profiles/Sharing Rules).
- Design scalable configuration solutions that leverage Salesforce native functionality (Flows, Validation Rules, Permissions).
- Manage the Go-To-Market tech stack, ensuring seamless data synchronization between Salesforce and tools like Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, Gong, and CPQ.
- Create declarative automations that reduce manual entry, ensure data integrity, and streamline Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Translate complex business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders into user-friendly system updates and workflows.
- Work on a variety of administrative support requests, serving as the primary tier of support for user access, troubleshooting, and enhancement tickets.
- Manage sandbox environments and deployment pipelines for system updates and new features.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert in Flow Builder, Object Manager, Role/Profile management, Reporting/Dashboards, and complex Formula fields.
- 2+ years of experience managing connected GTM applications (e.g., Chilipiper, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, or Clari).
- Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders (Sales Leaders, Marketing Ops) to design processes that align with business goals.
- Experience designing scalable security models, permission strategies, and access controls.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Skilled at prioritization, effectively balancing urgent support tickets with long-term project work.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manage tasks and priorities.
- Experience supporting a Salesforce org during periods of rapid scale.

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Admin to join our growing GTM Systems team and drive the next wave of growth at LangChain.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce instance

- Manage the Go-To-Market tech stack, ensuring seamless data synchronization between Salesforce and tools like Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, Gong, and CPQ.
- Create declarative automations that reduce manual entry, ensure data integrity, and streamline Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Translate complex business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders into user-friendly system updates and workflows.
- Work on a variety of administrative support requests, serving as the primary tier of support for user access, troubleshooting, and enhancement tickets.

How to be successful in this role:
- Has 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B SaaS environment.
- You are an expert in Flow Builder, Object Manager, Role/Profile management, Reporting/Dashboards, and complex Formula fields.
- You have 2+ years of experience managing connected GTM applications (e.g., Chilipiper, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, or Clari).
- You have a strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle
- You collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders (Sales Leaders, Marketing Ops) to design processes that align with business goals.
- Has experience designing scalable security models, permission strategies, and access controls.
- You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, capable of identifying the root cause of data discrepancies.
- You are skilled at prioritization, effectively balancing urgent support tickets with long-term project work.
- You have excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and can explain technical constraints to business users clearly.
- Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Has supported a Salesforce org during periods of rapid scale
Compensation & Benefits:
- We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance. Actual compensation will vary based on role, level, and location. For team members in the EU and UK, we provide locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
- Annual salary range: $115,000-$150,000 USD
