PCP Assistant

This position is on-site at our São Bernardo do Campo unit.

Summary

Develop production planning and control, production coordination, monitoring of production performance, labor calculation, productivity control, issuance of production orders and production reports to maximize industrial resources, contributing to the progressive evolution of the Organization in its markets. This position is sensitive regarding supply chain security and compliance with tax and customs obligations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive and control production triggers, through direct requests.
  • Issue production orders for material triggers foreseen in manufacturing to meet production deadlines;
  • Perform "follow-up" in the production department to ensure that manufacturing deadlines will be met;
  • Issue "production reports" or "manufactured production" (FM's);
  • Keep project managers informed of any risks of non-compliance with product manufacturing deadlines;
  • Keep information related to production scheduling updated in the production control and monitoring system;
  • Arrange for the shipment of raw materials and/or semi-finished products for industrialization and/or processing;
  • Activate the shipping department for the transport of materials for processing and/or industrialization;
  • Arrange for the purchase of materials for use and consumption in production;
  • Prepare the package of documents necessary for industrial production and, in conjunction with the manufacturing area, analyze compliance with the deadlines required in the project schedule;
  • Define the items that will be manufactured internally and issue the respective manufacturing service orders. Identify items that will require third-party contracting and submit them for analysis by Industrial Engineering;
  • Provide raw materials, parts and components necessary for product manufacturing, both for the manufacturing area (internal) and for subcontracted companies;
  • Monitor industrial production, identifying problems and restrictions, interacting with the engineering and quality areas, providing a quick and secure flow of information to ensure compliance with scope, deadline, cost and quality requirements;
  • Plan the contracting of treatment and processing services required during the production process, providing documentation and the arrangement of parts and components;
  • Establish and implement actions to expedite the disposal of non-conforming products;
  • Keep quality indicators related to the PCM department updated;
  • Perform other related tasks at the discretion of the immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration.
  • Experience in the PCP/PCM area.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Microsoft Project.
  • Intermediate English.
