Frontend Software Engineer Project Intern (Corporate Service System) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The Corporate Service System team at ByteDance aims to deliver advanced product solutions for better management efficiency and staff user experience. As a project intern, you will engage in impactful short-term projects, gaining practical skills through on-the-job learning. Responsibilities include developing high-quality, high-availability, and high-performance web pages, participating in the construction of front-end developer tools, and taking responsibility for daily maintenance and on-call work for their products.

Must Have

• Develop high-quality, high-availability, and high-performance web pages.
• Participate in the construction of front-end developer tools.
• Take responsibility for the daily maintenance and on-call work of products.
• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Possess proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
• Have at least 1 year of front-end software development experience.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3.
• Be familiar with the usage and essence of Typescript, ReactJS, Redux, Webpack, Monorepo.

Good to Have

• Be proactive, self-motivated, and possess good communication skills in a collaborative environment.
• Have previous internship or personal projects demonstrating software development experience.
