  • Create salary statements.
  • Report and process accident and sickness daily allowances via UKA.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations between HR and Finance.
  • Provide expert information to internal contacts and within the HR team.
  • Possess a commercial basic education and experience in payroll and accounting.
  • Be familiar with payroll timelines.
  • Demonstrate reliability, meet deadlines, be customer and team-oriented, resilient, and communicate proactively.
  • Have a flair for numbers and value accuracy.
  • Maintain calm and overview under high workload, prioritize activities, and be flexible.

  • You are jointly responsible for executing the payroll run with the corresponding activities in SAP HR for all employees, expats, and inpats of PwC Switzerland and Liechtenstein, including carrying out year-end tasks and annual salary declarations.

Your Skill Set
