Must Have

  • Experience with DevOps, Agile, and large offshore engagements.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales and presales activities (last 5 years).
  • Experience managing engagement financials (revenue, margin).
  • Ability to provide technological leadership.
  • Capable of managing large, complex client engagements (stakeholder, schedule, scope, risk management).
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities:

1. Experience: a. More than 15 years of overall experience. b. More than 10 years of work experience in managing large portfolio of services (most recent experience) c. Demonstrable / hands on experience in the skills specified above d. Demonstrable experience in working using mature delivery processes e. Demonstrable experience in sales and presales activities (in the recent 5 years period) f. Demonstrable experience managing engagement commercials – revenue. Margin, etc. 2. What the recruited candidate is expected to do: a. The recruited candidate will join Consulting practice of PwC India. The competency specialises in bespoke solutions development for its clients in India and outside. b. The recruited candidate must be able to work actively in the presales and sales process of the competency, which includes and not limited to lead generation, proposal preparation, and collaboration with the other teams of PwC. c. The recruited candidate must be able to provide technological leadership through his or her technology expertise – a probable list is provided at the skills section of this requisition. d. The recruited candidate must be able to manage large and complex client engagements that will require him / her to perform stakeholder management, schedule

and scope management, risk management and other necessary activities of a project and programme manager. e. The recruited candidate must be able embody the values of PwC and must be able to perform as a PwC professional.
