About the Role

A project-based role focused on uniting narrative and game mechanics. We’re looking for a writer and narrative content designer with a broad passion for games, the worlds within them, and a strong desire to push the medium forward. You’ll help create and ensure that the narrative elements of new features, the story, characters, and lore are seamlessly integrated into the gameworld's overarching vision and world building.

What you will do

• Participate in creative processes and writers’ rooms as an active part of the development team.
• Ensure all narrative content aligns with the game’s established vision and tone.
• Work closely with game design to create solutions where story and mechanics support each other.
• Document, structure, and communicate narrative work in a clear and practical way.
• Follow up on deliveries and contribute to story continuity in a fast-paced production environment.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in game writing or narrative design.
• Proven experience in narrative writing for games, with a deep understanding of interactive storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines (design, art, production).
• Solid knowledge of how to develop and maintain IP in larger projects.
• Strong communication skills and a structured way of working.
• Experience writing for contextual, nonlinear storytelling integrated with gameplay.

Bonuses
