Our client a leading B2B with a global presence and a very successful portfolio of games is looking for a passionate Games Expert to join their team! We are looking for a deep seated understanding of Casino & Slots to join this industry leader and enable further excellent services to their Tier 1 Operators. This role can be based in Gibraltar, Malta, IOM - Hybrid/Remote. iGaming experience is essential.

Overview:

As a Game Expert, your responsibilities will span across sales, product development, and client engagement. You’ll be the bridge between our game development team and our clients, ensuring that game features and mechanics meet their expectations. Your detailed feedback will drive improvements and enhance the overall gaming experience.


Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

  • Engage with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and pain points related to game features.
  • Provide expert advice on game mechanics, user experience, and overall gameplay.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients.

Product Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with the game development team to refine existing games and create new ones.
  • Analyze player feedback, market trends, and industry best practices to inform game design decisions.
  • Propose innovative features and mechanics that enhance player engagement.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in showcasing our games to potential clients.
  • Highlight unique selling points and demonstrate how our games stand out in the market.
  • Address client inquiries related to game features and mechanics.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough testing of games before release.
  • Identify any issues, bugs, or areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable feedback to the development team.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and player preferences.
  • Monitor player behavior and adjust game features accordingly.
