Assystem is seeking a General Administration Officer to provide administrative support for their Saudi operations. The role involves various responsibilities, including writing letters, photocopying and printing documents, organizing paperwork, scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, ordering stationery, and arranging travel. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.

To achieve this, our 7,500 Switchers combine their historical engineering expertise and project management with digital technologies.

In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.

 

Job Description

-    Write letters
-    Photocopy and print various documents
-    Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
-    Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
-    Book meeting rooms and conference facilities
-    Order and maintain stationery and equipment
-    Organize travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts
-    Maintain records, documentation, and files

Qualifications

- Min 2 years of experience is required.

- Ability to write letters and emails in English 

- Can speak average English  

- High school or diploma
