Job Summary
As SoftwareOne's Global Microsoft Center of Excellence, this role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and designing innovative, efficient technology solutions with Microsoft. The Global Digital Workplace Consultant will oversee the architecture and design of scalable, performant, and secure Copilot and LowCode solutions, managing a global service portfolio. Responsibilities include staying updated on trends, improving products, and delivering train-the-trainer sessions. Close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders, including C-level executives, is essential for successful project outcomes.
Must Have
- Lead design and architecture of Copilot and LowCode solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Develop and implement LowCode applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI.
- Engage with regional collaborators and customers to validate and test solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and implementation.
- Leverage Microsoft-related technologies and platforms for solution capabilities and integration.
- Expertise in LowCode platforms (Microsoft Power Apps, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio).
- Experience integrating LowCode solutions with existing systems and third-party services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide hands-on leadership and mentorship.
- Awareness of latest trends in LowCode development and AI-driven solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and architecting LowCode solutions.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure cloud services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
- English language skills (C1+).

The role
As SoftwareOne's Global Microsoft Center of Excellence, we identify new business opportunities and work closely with our strategic partner, Microsoft, to design innovative, efficient technology solutions. We stay ahead of technology trends, define best practices, and create architectures to accelerate solution delivery and provide faster time-to-value for our customers. Responsible for global delivery and (Pre-) sales, we define training and enablement requirements across 19 locations, impacting over a thousand employees. As a credible voice in the Microsoft space, we share our expertise at industry events and webinars.
As Global Digital Workplace Consultant, you will oversee the architecture and design of Copilot and LowCode solutions, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and secure. You will manage a global portfolio of services related to Copilot and LowCode, ensuring alignment with business objectives. It is important for you to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in LowCode development and AI-driven solutions, applying this knowledge to improve our products. Designing and delivering train-the-trainer sessions to equip consultants with the necessary skills for effective global solution delivery is another crucial part of this job.
In order to ensure successful project outcomes, working closely with global and regional stakeholders, including C-level executives, is essential.
Primary responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of Copilot and LowCode solutions, ensuring they meet scalability, performance, and security standards.
- Solution Development: Develop and implement LowCode applications using platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI.
- Hands-On Leadership: Engage with regional collaborators, teams, and customers to validate and test solutions, ensuring they meet market and customer requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and implementation processes.
- Microsoft Technology Utilization: Leverage Microsoft-related technologies and platforms to improve solution capabilities and ensure integration with the broader technology stack.
What we need to see from you
- LowCode Platform Proficiency: Expertise in LowCode platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, etc.
- Integration Expertise: Experience in integrating LowCode solutions with existing systems and third-party services.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to team members and regional SMEs.
- Innovation and Adaptability: Keen awareness of the latest trends and technologies in LowCode development and AI-driven solutions, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve products.
- LowCode Architecture: Proven experience in designing and architecting LowCode solutions.
- Microsoft Technology Stack: Extensive experience with Microsoft-related technologies and platforms, including Azure cloud services.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
- Language Skills: English language skills (C1+)
