Job Summary
As an Office Manager at SoftwareOne, Bulgaria, you will be the primary point of contact for the Sofia office, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees, partners, and visitors. You will manage the office budget, oversee supplies, organize company events, develop office policies, and facilitate onboarding. This role involves close collaboration with the Delivery Center Lead and the People & Culture team to foster an exceptional employee experience.
Must Have
- Manage the office budget in line with pre-approved company standards.
- Oversee inventory and supply management, including office commodities and hardware.
- Maintain a positive, engaging office culture by organising both onsite and offsite company events.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve office policies and procedures.
- Facilitate onboarding by introducing new employees to relevant office guidelines and practices.
- Manage communication and operations with external suppliers (landlord, facility management, cleaning services, hardware vendors, etc.).
- Meet and greet internal and external visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Support business travel arrangements when needed, including travel bookings.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security standards.
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role
