The Innovation Team Manager will lead and manage an innovation team, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of POCs and MVPs. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in solution design, prototyping, and troubleshooting, alongside strong program management skills for multiple initiatives. The manager will ensure best practices in Digital and Quality Engineering within the SDLC, foster a culture of experimentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Staying current with technology trends like AI, cloud, and automation is crucial for identifying new tools and methodologies.

Must Have

  • Lead and manage innovation team, overseeing POCs and MVPs delivery
  • Hands-on technical tasks in solution design, prototyping, and troubleshooting
  • Program manage multiple concurrent innovation initiatives
  • Ensure best practices in Digital Engineering (DE) and Quality Engineering (QE) within SDLC
  • Proven experience managing innovation or R&D teams
  • Strong technical background in DE and QE within SDLC
  • Proficiency in Python and C# programming languages
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, Langraph)
  • Deep familiarity with software development and quality engineering tools/stacks
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging technology trends (AI, cloud, automation)
  • Agile mindset
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

  • Lead and manage the innovation team, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of POCs and MVPs.
  • Go hands-on with technical tasks, supporting the team in solution design, prototyping, and troubleshooting.
  • Program manage multiple concurrent innovation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Stay current with technology trends, identifying and evaluating new tools, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to innovation.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Ensure best practices in both Digital Engineering (DE) and Quality Engineering (QE) are embedded throughout the SDLC.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing innovation or R&D teams in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in both Digital Engineering (DE) and Quality Engineering (QE) within the SDLC.
  • Proficiency in Python and C# programming languages.
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks (such as CrewAI, Langraph, or similar).
  • Deep familiarity with software development and quality engineering terms, tools, and technology stacks.
  • Demonstrated ability to program manage multiple initiatives, POCs, or MVPs.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging technology trends (AI, cloud, automation, etc.).
