Job Description

The Global Payroll Specialist will oversee day-to-day payroll service delivery, manage lodgements, and advise employees on salary or tax matters. They will liaise with global payroll vendors, ensure data accuracy in the HR system (Rippling), assist with finance on payroll GL matters and related audit activities, and work on a global payroll transformation project. The role requires 3 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of regional payroll and local statutory requirements, and the ability to work independently.

Must have:

3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in regional payroll and knowledge of local statutory requirements.
Experience with end-to-end payroll processing requirements.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Meticulous and detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day Payroll service delivery - monthly/semi-monthly payroll delivery, lodgement management, advisory to employees on salary or tax matters
Liaise/Coordinate with global payroll vendors for timely and accurate payroll processing
Ensure data accuracy in our HR system (Rippling)
Assist with finance on payroll GL matters and related audit activities
Work with the People Operations team on our global payroll transformation project

Requirements:

3 years of relevant work experience
Experience in regional payroll and strong knowledge of local statutory requirements in the region.
Experience with end-to-end payroll processing requirements
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Meticulous and detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly
