Job Description
This Global Sourcer role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies. Responsibilities include managing requisitions, coordinating interviews, processing background checks, and ensuring compliance. The role also requires administering recruitment software and participating in automation projects, contributing to the overall recruitment process within a tech environment.
Must have:
- Attends calibration meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing plans.
- Prepares and procures approvals for job requisitions and offers; coordinates with HR for leveling and compensation.
- Manages sourcing platforms and vendors like job boards, social networking, and career fairs.
- Manages assigned requisitions.
- Requests interview arrangements and provides pre-interview forms to candidates and interviewers.
- Processes background check requests.
- Documents paper trail for SOX and other compliance requirements.
- Creates and generates staffing reports.
- Assists in the new employee orientation.
- Administers the IT recruitment software's ATS and CRM modules.
- Participates in recruitment process automation projects.

Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attends calibration meetings with the hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of the position and develop/execute effective sourcing plans for each requisition.
- Prepares and procures approvals for job requisitions and offers; coordinates with HR team to procure job leveling and compensation data.
- Manages sourcing platforms and vendors such as job boards, social networking, employee referral broadcasts, career fairs, universities, RPOs and agencies.
- Manages assigned requisitions.
- Requests interview arrangements and provides pre-interview forms to candidates and interviewers.
- Processes background check requests.
- Documents paper trail for SOX and other compliance requirements.
- Creates and generates staffing reports.
- Assists in the new employee orientation.
- Administers the IT recruitment software's ATS and CRM modules.
- Participates in the recruitment process automation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, behavioral science, psychology, or equivalent field
- 2 years of recruitment sourcing experience in a tech environment
- Strong sourcing skills
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English command
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as a team member
