Our Global Technology Solutions team is looking for an experienced Evangelist to help drive and expand on our Secure & Govern strategy at Egnyte.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Customer Engagement: become deeply familiar with Egnyte’s customer base that has purchased our Secure & Govern product offerings. Learn what’s working, what’s not working and become a key advisor as a part of their broader infosec strategy. This will include potential escalations and creative problem solving to deliver positive outcomes for customers.
- Public Speaking & Events: represent Egnyte at critical industry events, customer executive briefings, and internal Egnyte events as the face of our Secure & Govern field-motion.
- Product Advocacy: bring Egnyte’s Secure & Govern capabilities to life with compelling demonstrations, use cases, and stories. These will serve as groundwork for internal field enablement as well as customer guidance & direction.
- Strategy Guidance & Feedback Loop: serve as the “voice of the field/customer” as the primary connection to our Secure & Govern product leadership team. Help manage a blend of cutting-edge innovation along with lifestyle needs of our critical customers.
- Program Adoption: be accountable to the define & drive adoption metrics of Secure & Govern products. This will include building a program that can be utilized throughout the Egnyte global field team to deliver & measure customer value.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- WHO YOU ARE: Customer-Facing, Compelling, Self-Directed, Communicator
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS information security roles
- 5+ years in customer-facing executive roles
- Proven experience with public speaking & executive briefings
- Very strong technical skills (cloud, SIEM, IAM, encryption, policy, endpoint security, etc.…)
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, while thriving in a fast-paced work environment
- Understanding of modern product-development lifecycles & cloud-native B2B SaaS applications
COMPENSATION:
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $230k - $290k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
