We are seeking a talented individual to join our Graduate Programme at Marsh. This role will be based in Brussels. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Marsh Graduate Programme has been designed with this in mind: to provide an intensive 18-month experience, aiming at attracting and developing the next generation of leaders. You will have the opportunity to discover the different facets of our business by rotating in three different departments. From day one, you will take on real responsibility as you develop your knowledge and skills, tackle real projects, and work with our clients.

We will count on you to :

Initially, the graduate will work within the placement team supporting the consultants. Later on, they will participate in meetings with clients to gain insight into the role of a consultant.

The responsibilities for the position include:

  • Supporting the consultants by analyzing the plan design and cost structure of contracts, followed by benchmarking — both for hospitalization contracts and supplementary group insurance.
  • Contacting clients/insurers to request data and information from the client, analyzing claims statistics.
  • Summarizing contracts.
  • Assisting in preparing presentations for clients after contract analysis.
  • Creating templates.
  • Helping to develop processes.
  • Adjusting/completing brochures for clients.
  • Researching sector plans.
