Job Description

The Graphic Production Specialist is responsible for the production, installation, removal, and repair of vinyl wraps for Monster Jam and Feld Entertainment assets. This role requires identifying software and production strategies to improve production efficiency and solve printing issues, ensuring high-quality graphic applications on various vehicle bodies and parts.
Must have:
  • Use vinyl printing equipment, tools, and software to measure, produce, cut, mask, and weed vinyl for asset wrapping.
  • Properly prepare and install full vehicle wraps, vinyl lettering, and print graphic applications on vehicles.
  • Prepare vehicles for installation, including washing, cleaning, isopropyl alcohol, primer application, and removal of badges/parts.
  • Properly and carefully remove existing graphics wraps and adhesive without damaging assets.
  • Perform routine administrative duties, inventory supplies, investigate new processes, and assist in establishing vehicle wrapping priorities.
  • Perform general recordkeeping, record completed tasks on work orders, and use a computer terminal for data entry, inquiries, and modification.
  • Safely operate electrical and air-powered tools, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other mechanical tools.
  • Handle hazardous materials safely and conform to all safety regulations and practices.
  • Observe and comply with all mandated safety rules, regulations, and protocols.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Demonstrated skills in mechanics and repair.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally 75 or more pounds.
  • Ability to frequently bend, lift, climb, stand, and reach.
  • Able to be a self-starter and work unsupervised.
  • Represent Feld Entertainment Monster Truck Fleet in a professional manner at assigned events.
Good to have:
  • A technical degree in mechanics or a vocational certificate.
  • Previous experience in a similar arena facility environment.
  • A technical degree in engineering or a vocational certificate.

Job Details

Essential Functions

  • Use vinyl printing equipment, tools, and software to measure, produce, cut, mask, and weed vinyl for asset wrapping
  • Properly prepare and install full vehicle wraps, vinyl lettering, including but not limited to installation of print graphic applications on all types of vehicle bodies and parts.
  • Preparation of vehicles for installation; washing/cleaning, isopropyl alcohol, primer application, removal of badges, and misc. parts i.e., mirror, wipers, handles, etc.
  • Proper and careful removal of existing graphics wraps and adhesive, while not damaging assets.
  • Performs routine administrative duties; periodically inventories supplies and equipment, and investigates new and improved processes; assists in establishing vehicle wrapping priorities.
  • Performs general recordkeeping; records completed tasks on work orders; uses a computer terminal for data entry, inquiries, and modification.
  • Safely operates electrical and air-powered tools, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other mechanical tools, and/or other equipment as assigned; handles hazardous materials safely; conforms to all safety regulations and practices.
  • Observes and complies with all mandated safety rules, regulations, and protocols.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • A technical degree in mechanics or a vocational certificate is preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in mechanics and repair required.
  • Previous experience in a similar arena facility environment and/or a technical degree in engineering or a vocational certificate preferred.
  • The employee is frequently required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and occasionally required to lift and carry 75 or more pounds.
  • The employee is frequently required to bend, lift, climb, stand, and reach.
  • The work environment is varied and is subject to climatic conditions of both hot and cold.
  • Able to be a self-starter and work unsupervised.
  • Represent Feld Entertainment Monster Truck Fleet in a professional manner at assigned events.
