Job Description

Join Australia's largest locally owned media company, Nine, and make your mark as the Group Facilities Manager by ensuring the highest standard of facilities management and workplace services for our key Victorian sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise to maintain compliance, oversee operations, and proactively manage contractor and stakeholder relationships across our dynamic business.

Day to day you will:

• Lead the facilities and workplace services operations for the allocated Victorian sites, ensuring the highest standard of delivery.
• Manage both reactive and preventative maintenance, including scheduling, coordinating repairs, and promptly responding to service escalations.
• Act as the primary contact for contractors and vendors, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with all contractual and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all work orders, compliance schedules, invoices, and contracts.
• Oversee and monitor the security service contractor for both Nine sites and staff, working closely with the internal security team.
• Liaise professionally with base building landlords on operational matters and manage the processing and tracking of facility service invoices.
