Job Description

The Head of Communications will develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s reputation, design and deliver clear messaging, oversee the company’s presence on social platforms, lead proactive and reactive PR efforts, and build a high-performing communications team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to think strategically. The candidate will work closely with HR, Recruitment, and the Leadership team to align communication strategies with the overall business objectives.
Must Have:
  • Proven experience in a senior communications role.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.

We need your professional experience:
  • Proven experience in a senior communications role covering employer branding, internal communications, SMM, and PR;

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team;

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal;

  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations;

  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
