Work closely with HR, Recruitment, and the Leadership team to align communication strategies with the overall business objective.
Proven experience in a senior communications role covering employer branding, internal communications, SMM, and PR;
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team;
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations;
Experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
Ability to provide clear direction, empowering teams and aligning communications with business goals.
