Stand is building a new kind of climate-focused insurer, with capital discipline and strategic foresight at its core. The Head of Finance will lead Stand’s finance organization — shaping financial strategy, driving performance management, and ensuring long-term financial resilience as we scale. This is a strategic finance leadership role, responsible for guiding company-wide financial decision-making and aligning capital, growth, and operational priorities. You’ll manage and grow the finance function while acting as a key partner to the CEO, executive team, and board.
The annual base salary range for full-time employees in this position is $225,000 - $275,000 + meaningful Equity Grant. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
