Job Description

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing business processes, ensuring efficiency and growth within the studio. You will work closely with leadership to develop operational strategies and drive key projects forward. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing operational strategies, leading cross-functional projects, managing budgets and resources, identifying and mitigating risks, acting as a key point of contact between departments, and creating convertible loan agreements. The role requires strong leadership and project management skills within a startup or tech environment.

Must Have:

Extensive experience in operations management.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on mentality.
Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflows.
Develop and implement operational strategies to support company growth.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Act as a key point of contact between different departments.
Creation and management of convertible loan agreements.

Requirements

Extensive experience in operations management, ideally in a startup, gaming, or tech environment
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on mentality
Fluent in German and English
