You will work integrating the Philips People Services team, providing operational and service support for people processes.

Your role:

  • Support in registration of benefit movements (inclusions, changes, and exclusions) such as medical plan, life insurance, pharmacy insurance, meal voucher, and food voucher;
  • Monitor payments and perform controls related to the benefits budget;
  • Support promotion, transfer, and organizational update processes;
  • Support in the preparation and updating of contracts;
  • Contribute to activities related to collective conventions and internal HR policies;
  • Assist in other administrative routines of the Human Resources area.

Requirements:

  • Be between 16 and 22 years old;
  • High school student or completed;
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge;
  • Availability to work half-time from Monday to Friday in Blumenau/SC;

Program Structure:

The program has an estimated duration of 24 months and is structured with the following workload:
