The role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing various HR and organization data (e.g., transfer history, evaluation, skills, engagement). It includes providing HR insights and creating reports for management and business units, designing and operating HR technology (BI tools, analysis tools, etc.), planning and proposing talent management and human resource development measures through data utilization, and promoting the establishment of data utilization. This job offers the opportunity to be involved from the ground up in the introduction of HR technology and the process of achieving its objectives.
Good To Have:- Experience in talent matching and skill data analysis.
- Experience in introducing and operating ATS, HRIS, and talent management systems.
- Experience in building data infrastructure in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience in promoting data utilization in collaboration with management and HR departments.
Must Have:- Strong interest and motivation in utilizing data in the HR field.
- Practical experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience in not only data analysis, but also implementing measures.
- Experience in smoothly communicating with internal stakeholders and leading projects.
