You will be responsible for all aspects of IR operations, from strategy formulation to practical execution, as a manager.
Specific Job Details
- Formulation and promotion of our group's IR strategy
- Construction of equity stories (including material creation)
- Creation and supervision of IR-related materials (financial results briefing materials, annual reports, etc.)
- Creation and supervision of timely disclosure materials (financial results summaries, press releases, etc.)
- Planning and creation of investor presentations and IR meeting materials (including English)
- Meetings with institutional investors and analysts (domestic and international) and relationship building
- Planning and operation of financial results briefings
- Provision of IR-related information and support for progress at general shareholders' meetings
- Analysis of competitor trends and monitoring of market environment
- Collection and analysis of feedback from investors and analysts, and strategic recommendations to management
- IR team management (goal setting, talent development, progress management)

Required Skills and Experience
- IR practical experience at a listed company (5 years or more)
- Business-level English proficiency (capable of meetings, presentations, negotiations)
- Experience in creating English IR materials
- Experience dealing with overseas investors
- Deep knowledge of stock markets, finance/accounting, business strategy, and corporate governance
- Ability to understand, analyze, and consider management status based on financial statements (P/L, B/S)
- Management experience (experience leading a team)
