Job Description

BOT VFX is seeking an HR Executive for its permanent role in Coimbatore, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably with an MBA/MSW and IT industry recruitment expertise. Responsibilities include managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer closure and preboarding. The role also involves talent management, including onboarding, employee file management, appraisal processes, and exit procedures. Additionally, the HR Executive will focus on talent engagement, covering training, potential analysis, growth plans, suggestions, grievance handling, and reward & recognition programs.
Good To Have:
  • MBA/MSW from a Management school
  • IT industry recruitment expertise
Must Have:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Rich experience in people management
  • Strong in Conflict management and resolution
  • Willingness to travel for official purpose (if required)
