HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Ukraine. This role combines operational HR tasks with recruitment activities. If you are passionate about people, eager to grow in HR, and ready to work in an international gaming company, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities include being the initial contact point for employees, covering HR processes like preboarding, onboarding, and exit, keeping HR tools and data up to date, supporting employee issues, improving and automating HR processes, and taking part in the development of HR procedures.

Must Have

• Being the initial contact point for the employees and helping them to navigate through the corporate system
• Covering HR processes such as: preboarding, onboarding, exit process
• Keeping HR tools and data up to date
• Supporting and covering employees issues related to our internal tools
• Seeking to improve and automate current HR processes
• Supporting HR team with other HR operation related tasks
• Taking part in the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures
