JetBrains is seeking an HR Global Employment Coordinator to manage hiring and onboarding for new remote employees and ensure their successful integration. This role involves coordinating onboarding, cooperating with various teams on local specifics and compliance, acting as a point of contact for remote employees, assisting in process improvement, managing absences, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate is conscientious, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys administrative tasks while also being creative in process development.
Good To Have:

  • Previous experience coordinating an international HR project
  • Worked for a similar type of agency (EOR)

Must Have:
  • Coordinate the onboarding process of new remote employees
  • Cooperate closely with recruiters, team leads, and hiring managers, providing information on local specifics, calculations, and explanations of the remote employment process
  • Be accountable for compliance with all internal and external regulations, in cooperation with the Legal, Tax, Compliance, Data Privacy, and Security teams
  • Act as a point of contact for questions and requests from remote employees
  • Assist in setting up new processes and improving existing ones
  • Manage absences, coordinate business trips, and administer HR systems
  • Prepare reports and overviews
  • Initiate and facilitate internal discussions across teams and departments to address any issues connected to remote employment
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
  • Experience in global operations, ideally in the HR field
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or coordination, preferably in an international or remote environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Possess a solid understanding of HR processes, employment regulations, and compliance requirements, with hands-on experience cooperating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability when managing onboarding, absences, and HR data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, provide clear guidance, and serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset and are capable of preparing reports, tracking data, and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Confident user of HRIS systems (e.g. HiBob, Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and office tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, distributed, and multicultural setting

We are currently looking for a new Global Employment Coordinator to join our HR department and help us both with the management of our existing remote employees around the world and with the recruitment of new ones. Among other duties, you will be responsible for managing the hiring and onboarding processes for new remote employees and ensuring that our remote employees are successfully integrated into their respective teams.

  • Are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, distributed, and multicultural setting.
