What you'll do
- Recruitment: Sourcing diverse talent, screening resumes, and assisting with interviews. Think of yourself as a talent detective! 🕵️
- Onboarding: Welcoming new team members like a rockstar, ensuring they have everything they need to hit the ground running (figuratively, of course, we're remote!).
- Employee Relations: Supporting the HR associate with day-to-day inquiries and issues, keeping our crew happy and productive.
- Admin Magic: From maintaining employee records to processing paperwork (digitally), you'll be the wizard behind the scenes. 🧙
- Learning & Development: Dive into training initiatives, workshops, and even help create awesome employee engagement programs.
