HR Student Assistant - Data & Insights

Are you a structured and detail-oriented master’s student (or in your last year of a bachelor's) student who loves working with data? We’re looking for a Student Assistant to join our HR team at Trackman. In this role, you’ll work with HR data, reporting, and insights, helping us make informed decisions that impact on our people and organization agenda. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global company that thrives on innovation and performance.

Your primary responsibilities will be

• Translate HR data to relevant analyses and reports

• Reporting of relevant HR data to management and departments

• Manage surveys and report the results

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes

• Assist with various administrative tasks and HR projects as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department

What we are looking for

• You are a master’s student or in the last year of your bachelor’s degree, ideally in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field

• You have strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel and other data tools

• You have a flair for HR IT systems, have a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn - and apply your new knowledge fast

• You are fluent in English (written and spoken)

• You are reliable, proactive, and have a structured approach to your work

• You have a curiosity for HR data and an interest in making a real impact through analytics

The Office

We are located in our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, at DTU Science Park. We take great pride of the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.
