Job Summary
Our client, a major player in technical services and projects, is seeking an HSE Engineer / Project Preventer to strengthen its Health and Safety division. Key responsibilities include drafting and updating Health and Safety documents (PPSPS, Prevention Plan, MOP), conducting site visits, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading prevention talks and safety meetings with subcontractors, organizing safety inductions, participating in safety coordination meetings, monitoring prevention indicators, managing non-conformity records, and preparing audits.
Must Have
- Draft and update Health and Safety documents (PPSPS, Prevention Plan, MOP).
- Ensure a field presence and conduct site visits.
- Control compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Lead prevention talks and safety meetings with subcontractors.
- Organize and monitor Health and Safety inductions.
- Participate in safety coordination meetings (VIC, CISSCT).
- Monitor prevention indicators and manage the non-conformity register.
- Provide regular reporting and prepare for audits.
- Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5).
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- Basic knowledge of electricity (NFC18-510).

As part of the development of its HSE activities, our client, a major player in technical services and projects, is looking for an HSE Engineer / Project Preventer to strengthen its Health and Safety division, under the hierarchical responsibility of the Project Director and functional responsibility of the Health and Safety sector.
Main missions
- Draft and update Health and Safety documents (PPSPS, Prevention Plan, MOP).
- Ensure a field presence and conduct site visits.
- Control compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Lead prevention talks and safety meetings with subcontractors.
- Organize and monitor Health and Safety inductions.

Qualifications
Education / Experience
Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) or engineering diploma.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally on large-scale projects or in a construction site environment.
Basic knowledge of electricity (NFC18-510) is required.
