Job Summary
Pixomondo's Innovation Department is seeking an HTML & CSS Specialist to refine and expand the front-end of their next-generation web platform. This role involves collaborating with product designers and engineers to implement complex layouts with clean, maintainable, and pixel-perfect code, ensuring design fidelity and alignment with Figma designs and the internal component library. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for design and a deep understanding of modern front-end practices.
Must Have
- Audit and refine existing HTML templates for semantic correctness, structure, and maintainability.
- Develop new HTML layout and partial templates based on approved Figma designs.
- Apply and extend existing CSS utility library to achieve precise, pixel-perfect visual alignment.
- Collaborate with UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to ensure consistent front-end architecture.
- Participate in code reviews and provide guidance on best practices for responsive, accessible markup.
- 3+ years of professional experience in HTML and CSS development for production-grade web platforms.
- Mastery of modern CSS techniques (Flexbox, Grid, utility-first frameworks, responsive design).
- Strong understanding of semantic HTML5 and accessibility standards (ARIA, WCAG).
- Proven ability to translate Figma or similar design files into precise, production-ready layouts.
- Experience working in component-based environments (template partials, modular layout systems).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with larger team objectives.
Good to Have
- Contribute to automated front-end testing using Playwright to ensure interface consistency.
- Experience writing Playwright tests or similar end-to-end UI test frameworks.

About the Role
The Innovation Department is seeking a highly skilled individual to help refine and expand the front-end of our next-generation web platform. You’ll work closely with our product designers and engineering team to bring complex layouts to life with clean, maintainable, and pixel-perfect code.
This role is ideal for someone who has an exceptional eye for design fidelity and a deep understanding of modern front-end practices. You’ll help unify our layout structure, clean up existing templates, and ensure our UI aligns seamlessly with our Figma designs and internal component library.
