Job Description

Performics, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize sales on platforms like Allegro. The role involves creating and managing product listings, controlling prices and inventory, and implementing promotional strategies. You will oversee integration tools like Baselinker, forecast inventory needs, and develop marketplace sales strategies across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. This position requires 3-4 years of experience in marketplace sales, strong Allegro platform knowledge, and proficiency in English. You will also mentor junior specialists and collaborate with regional and global teams.
Must Have:
  • Create and manage comprehensive sales on the Allegro platform, controlling prices, inventory, descriptions, and product offers.
  • Prepare offer optimizations by selecting product groups for events and participating in promotional campaigns, considering pricing strategies (high–low).
  • Continuously adjust offer prices and monitor competitive pricing.
  • Oversee the correct functioning of integrations with trading tools (e.g., Baselinker), ensuring proper data flow, inventory levels, and offer synchronization.
  • Forecast inventory needs and plan product availability, considering seasonality and sales plans.
  • Implement sales development strategies on marketplaces in the region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary).
  • Establish and maintain cooperation with regional and global teams within Publicis Groupe for reporting, analysis, and new sales channel development.
  • Become a marketplace team expert, supporting junior specialists and sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in marketplace sales (Allegro preferred).
  • Experience on the brand or distributor side – in sales, category management, or e-commerce department.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Allegro platform (Sales Center, Allegro Ads, promotions, price lists, pricing policy).
  • Practical knowledge of integration systems – Baselinker as a key tool.
  • Ability to apply pricing strategies and optimize offer conversion.
  • Understanding of logistical and legal aspects related to online sales.
  • Very good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

Your tasks:

  • You will create and manage comprehensive sales on the Allegro platform, controlling prices, inventory levels, descriptions, and product offers.
  • You will prepare offer optimizations by selecting product groups for events and participating in promotional campaigns, considering pricing strategies (high–low).
  • You will continuously adjust offer prices and monitor the competitiveness of the offer.
  • You will supervise the correct functioning of integrations with trading tools (including Baselinker), ensuring proper data flow, inventory levels, and offer synchronization.
  • You will forecast inventory needs and plan product availability, considering seasonality and sales plans.
  • You will implement sales development strategies on marketplaces in the region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary).
  • You will establish and maintain cooperation with regional and global teams within Publicis Groupe for reporting, analysis, and the development of new sales channels.
  • You will become an expert in the marketplace team, supporting junior specialists and sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

Apply if you:

  • Have a minimum of 3–4 years of experience in marketplace sales (Allegro preferred).
  • Have experience on the brand or distributor side – in the sales, category management, or e-commerce department.
