Responsibilities
Your tasks:
- You will create and manage comprehensive sales on the Allegro platform, controlling prices, inventory levels, descriptions, and product offers.
- You will prepare offer optimizations by selecting product groups for events and participating in promotional campaigns, considering pricing strategies (high–low).
- You will continuously adjust offer prices and monitor the competitiveness of the offer.
- You will supervise the correct functioning of integrations with trading tools (including Baselinker), ensuring proper data flow, inventory levels, and offer synchronization.
- You will forecast inventory needs and plan product availability, considering seasonality and sales plans.
- You will implement sales development strategies on marketplaces in the region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary).
- You will establish and maintain cooperation with regional and global teams within Publicis Groupe for reporting, analysis, and the development of new sales channels.
- You will become an expert in the marketplace team, supporting junior specialists and sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
Apply if you:
- Have a minimum of 3–4 years of experience in marketplace sales (Allegro preferred).
- Have experience on the brand or distributor side – in the sales, category management, or e-commerce department.
- Have excellent knowledge of the Allegro platform (Sales Center / Allegro Ads / promotions / price lists / pricing policy).
- Have practical knowledge of integration systems – Baselinker as a key tool.
- Are able to apply pricing strategies and optimize offer conversion.
- Understand the logistical and legal aspects related to online sales.
- Have very good knowledge of English.
