Job Summary

We are seeking world-class HubSpot CRM sales professionals to join our growing enterprise sales team. This role involves high-level enterprise technology selling for a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner, transforming how organizations sell, market, and serve customers through CRM architecture and high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about enterprise technology, motivated by impact, built for complex enterprise deals, and a value-driven closer with strong HubSpot CRM knowledge and sales experience.

Must Have

  • Passionate about enterprise technology, software, and services
  • Motivated by impact, building meaningful outcomes
  • Ability to move fast, run multiple complex deals, and build strong executive relationships
  • Sell with confidence, position value effectively, and close strong
  • Software and services sales and scoping experience
  • Serious knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM platform
  • Proven closing skills
  • Work ethic and drive to put in the hours necessary to win
  • 2-3 Years of experience working sales with Hubspot CRM Enterprise
  • Near Native English level
  • Enterprise engagement experience (handling projects up to 2 months to close)

  • Competitive platform experience (understanding of Salesforce or Zoho)

  • Experienced in software, services, and HubSpot

You must have:

  • Software and services sales and scoping experience
  • Serious knowledge of HubSpot’s CRM platform
  • Proven closing skills

Requirements

  • 2-3 Years of experience working sales with Hubspot CRM Enterprise.
  • Near Native English level.
  • Enterprise engagement experience - handling projects that can take up to 2 months to close.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Having competitive platform experience (understanding of Salesforce or Zoho).
  • Must be located in LATAM.
