Job Summary
Based in Brest, this role involves managing offers and sales for Customer Service within the Under Water Systems Domain. Must Have
- Engineering or dual Business/Engineering degree
- 5-7 years experience in commercial offer management
- Strong interpersonal, diplomatic, and negotiation skills
- Ability to rigorously and autonomously manage offer processes
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Good to Have
- Confirmed experience in a customer service role (ideally)
- Knowledge of sonar products and anti-submarine warfare systems (ideally)

Your daily life
The Brest site hosts our digital services activities as well as Thales' expertise in the development, integration, and maintenance for maritime patrol and surveillance systems, electronic warfare, sonar systems, and airborne anti-submarine warfare, as well as our digital services activities.
As Offer and Sales Manager Customer Service M/F, you will join the Customer Support & Services department of the Under Water Systems Domain at the Brest site.
Your main missions are comprehensive, from client capture to managing the offers in your portfolio:
- You drive and develop your client portfolio in France and/or for export. You thus contribute to achieving order intake, margin, and cash flow objectives.
- You secure orders, produce offers, manage them until their signature, and defend them to your clients.
- You are the guarantor of compliance with service procedures and objectives in preparing your commercial proposals.
- You liaise with the relevant commercial team for new business, Country Director, Key Account Manager, in particular.
Your profile:
Do you have an Engineering degree or a dual degree from a Business/Engineering School and have successful experience of 5 to 7 years in commercial offer process management?
Do you have confirmed experience in a customer service role, ideally?
Are you recognized for your strong sense of interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and negotiation?
A field person, are you capable of rigorously and autonomously managing the offer process?
Do you ideally have knowledge of sonar products and anti-submarine warfare systems?
Are you fluent in English, both written and spoken?
