Job Summary
The intern will join the Methods team of the Industrial Process Engineering department in Moirans. The role involves deploying the ISO 9100 methodology for special processes, identifying and documenting these processes, planning and executing associated tests, establishing periodic monitoring with indicators, and supporting process improvement through analysis and corrective actions. Your daily life

The intern will join the Methods team of the Industrial Process Engineering department in Moirans, attached to the FLX Industrial Competence Center of Thales AVS France. The team, composed of about ten employees, manages the industrial tool: development and industrialization of processes, design of tools and workstations, manufacturing of prototypes, creation and maintenance of production files, optimization of existing processes, and second-level technical support.
The intern will support the Methods teams and the Manufacturing Process Manager in deploying the ISO 9100 methodology related to special processes on the site, to contribute to:
- Identifying and listing all special processes in collaboration with business experts and production teams
- Centralizing and organizing technical documentation related to special processes to ensure its conformity and accessibility
- Participating in the planning, preparation, and execution of tests associated with special processes in interaction with operators and stakeholders
- Implementing periodic monitoring of processes by developing indicators and maintaining monitoring files and control reports
- Supporting the team in improving existing processes via analyses, proposals for corrective actions, and feedback
