Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Rep II to support the Global Finance Shared Services Department, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. This role involves reviewing and entering data, identifying improvement opportunities, and creating SOPs. The payment representative will ensure payment accuracy and timeliness for vendors and employees, executing processes according to established guidelines and controls. They will support various stakeholders globally, handling emails, vendor updates, invoice corrections, and direct payment execution on bank or internal platforms.
Must Have
- Proven knowledge of the end-to-end accounts payable process
- Experience using financial ERPs (PeopleSoft, Coupa, Kyriba)
- Knowledgeable of payments execution on bank platforms
- Accustomed to communicating with banks to resolve issues
- At least 2 years of experience in a payment role within a shared service environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Spanish and English
- A self-starter with strong initiative and ability to make decisions
- Adapts well to change and can adjust priorities as needed
- Displays effective time management skills
- Highly computer literate, preferably in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work remotely, be a team player, and have a strong sense of duty
Good to Have
- Experience in other finance-related roles (invoice processing, vendor master data, accounting, financial analysis, or treasurer)
- Interest in the data analytics field
- Knowledge in the automation field
- Passion for continuous improvement and project management
- Experience with additional tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Power Automate

We are looking for a Accounts Payable Rep II that can provide support to the Global Finance Shared Services Department and ensures the timely and accurate processing of payments by reviewing and entering data in our systems as necessary. A team player who can identify opportunities and work with the team or business partner to document, resolve and create SOP’s.

What You'll Bring:
We are looking for a payment representative to join our fast-paced Global Financial Shared Services team, to play a key role in ensuring payment accuracy and timeliness for vendors and employees.
This role is responsible for executing payment processes according to guidelines and controls stablished in standard operating procedures (SOP).
The payment representative will support vendors, employees, internal customers, and other finance organizations across the globe as required.
This role will contribute indirectly to all phases of the accounts payable process, from answering emails, supporting vendor updates, coordinating invoice corrections, and executing payments directly on bank platforms or internal platforms.

Essential Skills & Experience:
