TelevisaUnivision is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst for the Technology area.
The Technology area in an organization is responsible for several key functions related to the management, implementation, and maintenance of technological systems.
About you:
Initial responsibility for the recovery of accounts receivable through follow-up with clients via phone calls, emails, review and follow-up with sales, reconciliation with clients, dispute clarification, and collection registration for the U.S. market. Additionally, optimize and streamline the management process by rigorously meeting the objectives set for the U.S. market, analyzing key performance indicators, and adjusting tactics as necessary to ensure sustainable growth and profitability of relationships with high-value clients.
Your day to day:
- Responsible for the recovery of overdue and upcoming accounts receivable from the U.S. market, applying negotiation methods.
- Follow up on pending payments, send payment reminder letters, and contact clients to manage overdue and upcoming balances for the U.S. market.
- Communicate with sales for the review of overdue balances per client in the U.S.
- Perform reconciliations with advertising agencies to identify scheduled payments and disputed invoices for the U.S. market.
- Follow up and clarify disputes with the sales area and the client in the U.S. market.
- Recover proof of payment from clients in the U.S. market.
- Keep contact information for the U.S. client portfolio updated.
- Prepare and send account statements to agencies and direct clients in the U.S.
- Record collections made in the ERP for the U.S. market.
