Job Summary

Sabre is seeking a Principal HRIS Analyst to join its global HRIS team. This role focuses on leveraging Workday reporting tools and integrating insights from external analytics platforms to drive data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities include developing custom reports and dashboards, data/functional auditing, configuration, and ensuring process and data integrity. The analyst will also troubleshoot security issues, partner with HR and business leaders for analytical solutions, and utilize advanced analytics platforms like BigQuery and Looker for strategic workforce insights and planning, including AI-driven analytics for forecasting trends.

Must Have

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced reports and dashboards using Workday tools (Report Writer, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, Prism Analytics).
  • Identify and troubleshoot security related issues including report access, domain and business process identification and configuration.
  • Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to translate workforce questions into analytical solutions.
  • Leverage Adaptive Workforce Planning and advanced analytics platforms (BigQuery, Looker) for strategic workforce insights.
  • Utilize AI-driven analytics to develop tools for anticipating workforce trends.
  • 4+ years in Workday or equivalent system administration experience.
  • Deep experience in HCM, Security, and Reporting functional areas.
  • Strong experience in translating requirements for reporting and analytics.
  • Data analysis experience with Microsoft Excel or Alteryx skills.
  • Hands-on proficiency in data tools such as BigQuery and Looker.
  • Ability to apply AI-driven analytics for forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic workforce management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, document conclusions, and develop recommendations.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled person to join our close-knit global HRIS team. This role will be instrumental in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization by leveraging Workday reporting tools and integrating insights from external analytics platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about HR data, curious about emerging technologies, and committed to delivering actionable insights. Responsibilities include development of custom reports and dashboards, as well as data/functional auditing and configuration, ensuring integrity of processes and data. Under general direction and in partnership with other HRIS/People Analytics team members, responsible for security and data access configuration and troubleshooting.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 4 or more years in Workday or equivalent system administration experience preferred; seeking deep experience in functional areas such as HCM, Security, and Reporting. Advanced reporting capabilities in Workday is a strong plus. Strong experience in translating requirements for reporting and analytics. Data analysis experience with demonstrated computer competency with Microsoft office suite, including intermediate to expert Microsoft Excel or Alteryx skills is required.

Experience with Adaptive Workforce Planning and hands-on proficiency in data tools such as BigQuery and Looker, enabling the development of predictive models and actionable workforce insights. Ability to apply AI-driven analytics for forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic workforce management.

Demonstrated ability to analyze information, document conclusions, and develop recommendations is required. Strong communications and writing skills. Detail orientated with excellent organization skills. Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information and to work under tight timelines. Comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization globally as well as with suppliers, vendors, and customers. Ability to work independently and as a member of global team.
