This role is crucial for achieving the company's long-term objectives, focusing on accurate revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606, reviewing sales contracts, and managing monthly/quarterly close processes. Must Have
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606
- Review sales contracts and coordinate with GTM, Legal, Order Management and FP&A
- Perform monthly and quarterly revenue close processes
- Manage revenue-related balance sheet closings and reconciliation
- Support external audits and maintain strong documentation of revenue processes and controls
- Provide revenue and business performance insights and handle ad-hoc data and reporting requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Active certified public accountant (CPA) certification
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong preference for revenue accounting
- Big 4 accounting firm experience
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model
- Deep understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
- Proficiency with ERP systems (such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Exposure to SOX controls and audit support
- High level of English (both written and spoken)

- Familiarity with automation tools and process improvements within finance

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606, applying internal accounting policies and controls.
- Review sales contracts and coordinate with GTM, Legal, Order Management and FP&A to ensure appropriate accounting treatment.
- Perform monthly and quarterly revenue close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis and SOX controls.
- Manage revenue-related balance sheet closings and reconciliation.
- Support external audits and maintain strong documentation of revenue processes and controls.
- Provide revenue and business performance insights and handle ad-hoc data and reporting requests from management.
- Drive process improvement and automation within the revenue and accounting function, including building and maintaining automated dashboards and reconciliation reports (in Excel or BI tools).

##### Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline and an active certified public accountant (CPA) certification - must.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting - with a strong preference for experience in revenue accounting.
- Big 4 accounting firm experience – must
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
- Deep understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
- Proficiency with ERP systems (such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to SOX controls and audit support.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with automation tools and process improvements within finance.
- High level of English – both written and spoken – must
