The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, results-oriented, with strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and the ability to build long-term client relationships, with proven experience in sales, sponsorships, or marketing.

Must Have

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Administration or related field
  • Intermediate-advanced English (reading and speaking, 70–85%)
  • Proven experience in sales, sponsorships, marketing or advertising (3–5 years)
  • Numerical analysis capability and structured thinking
  • Negotiation skills, effective communication and client relationship
  • Proactivity, sense of urgency, organization and results orientation
  • Proficiency in Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and commercial management systems

TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Commercial Manager – Sponsorships to join the Presidency of Advertising Sales and Marketing MX.

The area is responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing commercial relationships with strategic clients, promoting sports and entertainment sponsorships that generate profitability and sustainable growth for TelevisaUnivision's business units, including Club América and Estadio Banorte.

About you

You are a proactive person, with analytical capacity, results orientation, and negotiation skills. You have an aptitude for relating to clients, establishing long-term relationships, and generating strategic value proposals. You have experience in sales, sponsorships, or marketing and perform effectively in dynamic environments.

Your day to day

  • Prospect and develop new strategic clients to integrate them into the sponsorship portfolio.
  • Design and present attractive and strategic commercial proposals for clients and sponsors.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure compliance with benefits and ensure the continuity or increase of sponsorships.
  • Coordinate and maintain constant communication with internal areas such as Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, and Legal.
  • Supervise the registration and updating of client files, including investments, negotiations, and special projects.
  • Make periodic visits to clients to maintain solid relationships and detect new business opportunities.
  • Promote sponsorships at special and sporting events, coordinating actions with the corresponding areas.
  • Lead and motivate the personnel in charge, fostering teamwork and the achievement of results.

You should have
